Projektet \u00e4r beviljat inom insatsomr\u00e5de 6. Kultur & Kulturarv i Utveckling H\u00e4lsingebygdens strategi. Den totala budgeten f\u00f6r projektet \u00e4r 1.789.686 kr d\u00e4r Landsbygdsfonden finansierar 977.989 kr, Utveckling H\u00e4lsingebygden 481.697 kr och privat medfinansiering med 330.000 kr (privatpersoner, f\u00f6reningen sj\u00e4lva och int\u00e4kter i projektet).<\/p>\n

Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att skapa en m\u00f6tesplats och motor f\u00f6r utveckling av H\u00e4lsingland och byn L\u00e5nghed genom relevanta samarbeten som synligg\u00f6r, sprider kunskap om- och utvecklar v\u00e5rt matarv med fokus p\u00e5 br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n
  • Projektets syfte \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att lyfta fram kulturarvet och d\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilt br\u00f6d och s\u00e5dant som har koppling till detta som odling, malning och bakning. L\u00e5ngsiktigt syfte med projektet \u00e4r att \u00e5stadkomma ett lokalt utvecklingscentrum f\u00f6r br\u00f6d och d\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilt tunnbr\u00f6d i Ovan\u00e5ker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Investering i bakugnar och tillh\u00f6rande utrustning ska ha genomf\u00f6rts och bakugnarna ska ha tagits i drift.<\/li>\n
    • Tv\u00e5 utbildningar per projekt\u00e5r f\u00f6r kompetensutveckling inom br\u00f6d \u201dfr\u00e5n ax till limpa\u201d<\/li>\n
    • 15 st \u201dBakkv\u00e4llar\u201d f\u00f6r att testa olika typer av recept p\u00e5 br\u00f6d<\/li>\n
    • 4 st workshops f\u00f6r utveckling av turistiska produkter d\u00e4r br\u00f6d\/mat \u00e4r en del av upplevelsen<\/li>\n
    • Arrangera Mat & Tunnbr\u00f6dsfestival en g\u00e5ng per projekt\u00e5r<\/li>\n
    • \u201dKulturer m\u00f6tes i bagarstugan\u201d \u2013 8 st tr\u00e4ffar mellan m\u00e4nniskor med olika kulturella bakgrunder f\u00f6r samtal om- och bakning av olika sorters br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n
    • 200 elever i grundskolan tar del av kunskap om br\u00f6dbakning \u201dfr\u00e5n ax till limpa\u201d<\/li>\n
    • 4 st \u201dProva p\u00e5-tillf\u00e4llen\u201d d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor f\u00e5r testa att komma ig\u00e5ng med bakning f\u00f6r kommersiellt \u00e4ndam\u00e5l.\n
