Syfte<\/strong>
Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka samverkan mellan n\u00e4ringsliv, kommun, fastighets\u00e4gare, f\u00f6reningar och inv\u00e5nare, samt att ta fram en dokumenterad utvecklingsplan och metoder f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka Ljusdals centrum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00e5l<\/strong>
M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att skapa en utvecklingsplan, genomf\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 seminarier\/utbildningar samt ta fram en vision f\u00f6r Ljusdals centrum.<\/span><\/p>\n

Akitviteter<\/strong>
Projektet inleds med en uppstart som omfattar stadsvandring, workshop och bildande av uppstartarbetsgrupper. D\u00e4refter genomf\u00f6rs en nul\u00e4gesanalys samt studiebes\u00f6k till orter som har genomf\u00f6rt lyckade projekt. Projektet omfattar ocks\u00e5 planering och genomf\u00f6rande av seminarier inom platsutveckling samt uppstart av ett prov-Case. Vidare tas en aff\u00e4rsplan och en handlingsplan fram, och avsiktsf\u00f6rklaringar skrivs. Projektet inkluderar \u00e4ven budgetarbete och arbete med finansieringsl\u00f6sningar, d\u00e4r en utvecklingsfond utreds. Kommunikation och f\u00f6rankring sker l\u00f6pande genom hela processen. Projektet innefattar \u00e4ven administration, redovisning och rapportskrivning.<\/span><\/p>\n
